Hiring a Buyer Agent typically occurs in Stage Two of the team development process. Buyer’s Agents are required when the team generates more leads through its marketing systems than the team can handle individually, or if the Team Leader wishes to focus on other aspects of the business.
To assist the Team Leaders in developing Buyer Agents, Terrequity will:
Once the appropriate candidate is selected and hired, Terrequity provides (if required) detailed technical and sales training to ensure that the candidate has the basic skills to conduct their job. This allows the Team Leader to focus on building the business, instead of teaching basic sakes skills. The Team Leader would subsequently provide focused training to the Buyer’s Agent, to ensure that the Buyer’s Agent meets the specific client service preferences of the Team Leader and the team.
