To become a licensed REALTOR®, you must successfully complete all three phases of the Real Estate as a Professional Career program within 18 months from the start date of Phase 1.
Course 1 - Real Estate as a professional career

Offers a general overview of the benefits and limitation associated with a career in real estate

Provides an outline of the requirements for registration as a REALTOR®, and the mathematical skills needed to handle typical transactions

Course 2 - Land Structures and Real Estate Trading

Available by correspondence or online over a 6-day period, or through 60 hours of classroom instruction

Provides a general overview and introduction to the technical aspects of the real estate profession

Examines a number of statutory laws, rules, and regulations that impact real estate transactions
