Terrequity offers a unique program to help Team Leaders hire full-time and part-time Admin Assistants. In this program, Terrequity will help identify candidates, conduct initial screening procedures and tests, and recommend the top choices to the Team Leader for interviews. Best of all, most of these services are provided at little or no cost to Terrequity Reps and participants of The Team Building Program.

After the Assistant is hired, Terrequity processes all payroll and taxes, to ensure the Team Leader never has a CRA problem.
Once the appropriate candidate is selected and hired, Terrequity will perform the first two stages of training to ensure that the candidate has the basic skills to conduct the job. This allows the Assistant to focus on building the team’s results immediately, as opposed to learning the basics of brokerloading, etc. Detailed training is also available for the Team Leader and Assistants in The Team Building Program.
